A "Perfect
Model"
There has been a
recently law passed in Congress to greatly increase
the number of students studying abroad. However
this program is aimed at countries with emerging
markets instead of the more typical "Old
Europe". We were informed by a member of
Congress that our Russia program is a "perfect
model" of where the nation wants
to go.
